Aspire S.T.E.P program
Skills Training for Employability and Placement (STEP), is an inclusive youth development program of Aspire Rural. Its main objective is to help the rural youth having poor background, provide systematic training on employability and demand-driven contemporary skills to meet the demands of the industry through sustainable technology solutions, and make them competitive in the job market. Also, support in job placements which enable them to aspire meaningful livelihood.

Aspirants, the ultimate beneficiaries of this program are enrolled for this program in the following ways
- Aspire Rural Volunteer talk to aspirant and fill the survey form and assist in enrol for this program in website
- Aspirant who is from rural background can enrol directly in website of Aspirant rural, however, and registration will be confirmed post telephonic conversation.

- Mentor ship
- E-Learning training and assessment
- Online Training: This phase is for Distance Learning. Vidya Poshak sends material and test papers on aptitude skills and communication skills using online resources. The students are expected to complete the tests and use the reference material hosted on our blog for further preparation.

- At the end of each course/program, Aspirant to answer questions and obtain minimum percentage as specified
- Aspirant can check his/her test scores of every course/program completed.
Aspire rural endeavours in support in placement assistance to the Aspirants who have undergone all training programs intended for such courses.
